OEC Prepares for a New Season of Tree-Planting!
OEC crews have been out and about in Syracuse looking for new locations to plant trees. In a process called “siting”, the crews measure yard space to determine whether a tree can be planted in a resident’s “tree lawn” (the space between the sidewalk and the road).
